Our comprehensive 12-week staff induction programme covers all aspects of nursery operation and extensive Base Room Practices to familiarise themselves with our standards and procedures. After completing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks all staff are required to complete both Paediatric First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene qualifications.

Our settings are graduate led and our qualified, experienced managers and staff ensure the children in our care receive the very best of everything.
